Pathfinder Toolkit

A comprehensive Toolkit for local authorities, CCGs, commissioners and strategic leads in NHS Trusts looking to embed the Pathfinder ‘Whole Health’ model and improve their local response to domestic abuse. The Toolkit includes a range of tools for embedding good practice responses to domestic abuse in health settings including a DA policy template, a checklist from reviewing DA training and practical briefings on how to response to BME, LGBT+, older and disabled survivors of domestic abuse.
